The Gym committee for this year are:-

All persons wishing to join the gym must first be a fully paid up member of Crosshaven RFC.

Membership for the first year will run from January 2010 to October 2010 a term of nine months,  following this membership will run on a twelve month basis from October to October. Any person wishing to join after these dates may do so at a reduced rate as decided by the gym committee.
All persons using the Gym must be over the age of 16.

Club Family members may join the gym for a fee of €80 per year
Single members may join the gym for a fee of €50 per year
Coaches of any Crosshaven RFC team will have free membership to the gym but will still be required to fill in a membership form.
Players of Crosshaven RFC over the age of 16 will have free membership to the gym but will be asked to pay a one off  payment of  €10 which will go towards the setting up of the gym. Players will be required to fill in a membership form.

There will be two open mornings before Christmas for any potential gym members who would like to, view the facility, Ask questions, Get advice on using the equipment etc. Membership forms and a list of gym rules will also be available on these mornings.

Once a person or family have paid their gym membership they will be issued with a membership card and membership number which is to be brought to the gym on each visit.

Access to the gym will be via a key coded door this code will be given to all paid Gym members. The code may need to be changed from time to time in order to maintain security of the building but members will be informed prior to this.
The opening times are yet to be decided but it is hoped  that the facility will be open early morning to late evening.

It is the intension of the committee to continue to improve the gym facilities into the future but this can only be done with the help and enthusiasm  of all members .
