The J1s went out of the Junior Cup at home to Old Christians last Sunday which effectively ended their season. It was a game that probably reflected a lot of their season - some good play in general, but leaving themselves too much to do late on. Old Christains went into a 20 - lead which Crosshaven responded well to with two tries. But at 20 - 18, Crosshaven just couldn't go that extra bit and finish the comeback. Christians got another penalty and held on to progress to the quarter finals.
