The J1s season ended in obvious, disappointing fashion with an away loss to Kanturk in the semi final of the O'Neill Cup on Sunday April 18th 2010. They lost 33 - 17. Peter Earlie scored two tries for Kanturk and Simon Mulholland and Dara Lyons got one each. Darragh Meade converted two of the tries and also added three penalties. Paul Memory scored all of Crosshaven’s points, two tries, two conversions and a penalty. The season has been ultimately a disappointing one with the tam coming into some good form just a little to late. It has been a transitional season with the J1s and J2s having to cope with the loss of a significant amount of players since last year which has affected squad strength. Thanks to coaches Dave Keane and Ronan O'Donovan for their hard work throughout the year and to the team and captain Paul Memory.
