The J2s suffered an O'Sullivan Cup hangover with a dissapointing loss to Con. The match was supposed to be played in Templehill but due to an unplayable pitch was transferred to Crosshaven. Crosshaven played with the wind in the first half and kept in touch with three penalties to Cons two tries, the halftime score being 12 - 9.

A further Con try after half time was matched by a great individual score from centre Ken O'Donovan. Con finished the match with a converted try. It was dissappointing as Crosshaven got nothing from the match and know they could have beaten Con.

Its the big local derby next Sunday at home against Carrigaline. Please come and support the lads and watch both the J1 and J2 match.
