The ladies Joined up with Highfield, Bandon, Mallow and Fermoy last weekend to have a skills day with match at the Fermoy RFC. Coaches from all clubs were on hand for the training which resulted in some very positive feedback from everyone at the end of the day.
The ladies will team up with Highfield on Saturday to take on a combined Mallow / Fermoy team, the match is to be played in Bandon with a 2pm KO. We are still looking for ladies who would like to join us and give rugby a go, but if people are still unsure please come along to a training session or go and watch a ladies game some are listed below. The Ladies are still training On a Wednesday evening at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10am unless playing a match. |
